1. Acceptance of Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
